Poster is to be displayed at 9 am and removed at 5 pm on the allocated days.
Poster Judging time : 1 - 2 pm
Please note poster display number will be allocated to you at the venue, this will be different from the abstract ID number.
Use the poster template provided for display to maintain uniformity.
Organizing committee is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to the posters.
Pre-registration is mandatory for all the authors to have their respective abstracts included in the conference proceedings.
General specifications for Posters:
Dimensions of your poster should be maximum 3 feet (width) x 4 feet (height) - PORTRAIT FORMAT.
The poster title should be displayed prominently at the top of the poster, followed by the author names with affiliations.
The text should include Aim, Methods, Results and Conclusion (Not for Case reports and series)
The poster should be self-explanatory, text should be brief and well organized.
The presenters are requested to be available at the time of poster judging/ presentation to attend to the delegates and panel of experts.
The poster display boards appropriate stationary will be provided at the conference venue. Kindly ensure your poster is put up & removed as per the timings mentioned above.
The presentation should be of 6 minutes duration while 2 minutes will be assigned for Q&A.
We request you to ensure that you complete your talk within the allocated time.
Questions for Session for the Oral presentation will be posed by the Judges alone.
